The 30 Days to Breathing Easier series vs. COPD Success

What is the difference between these programs?

slider30 Days to Breathing Easier is a beginner program for people who have minimal internet skills. One E mail per day is delivered right to your inbox, with a clickable link to a one to two -minute fun video to watch. You have the option to download and print a workbook to track your success. Users can also download and print a .pdf file of the video transcript to read along, take notes, or just keep for future reference.

COPD success is an expanded version of the tips in 30 Days to Breathing Easier. There are about 22 modules, each about 10 to 20 minutes in length. They are also delivered in video format. After watching the in-depth educational videos, there is a stretching and warm up video to follow along with. Lastly, there is a 20 minute exercise video to follow along with, featuring chair and standing exercises which can be done at home, or at a gym. Future exercise videos will be added for variety and for advanced levels of exercisers. As a member of COPD Success, you  can view and review the modules when it is convenient for YOU, and, as many times as you  wish during your  one-year membership.

COPD Success also has modules for patients with ILD, IPF, and Pulmonary Hypertension.

A separate webinar for Parents of Kids with Asthma is now available!

Testimonials

“The last thing I wanted to do was go out in public with my oxygen. Once I learned how to use it correctly, and what my options were for portable oxygen, I am now confident and able to go out all day and do what I want”.
